kind of a stage name type thing. Either way, I always thought it was odd. Anywho, he was reading a book in the library with the candlestick. Okay, he didn’t have a candlestick – but it seemed to fit there. Jeeves said he was enjoying a nice tea while reading some Shakespeare. Jeeves was always a hoot. I really enjoyed laughing at him, not with him. Hell, he never laughed. Carol, my 11 year old daughter, who is hardly capable of killing anyone, says she was watching T. V. Heck, she can’t even keep her puppy fed. She makes Jeeves do it.
So after we all claimed we were basically innocent and not at the neighbor’s house – of course we had no alibis – the anxious rookie, Peter, claimed victory. Roland quickly shut him up and arrested the killer.
Who was lying to the cops and presumed to be the killer and why?
